1. Order Confirmation
- All orders are subject to availability.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), our team may call or WhatsApp you for confirmation. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
- Delays: Factors like weather, strikes, or festive holidays may cause slight delays. We ask for your patience in such situations.
- Address: Ensure the delivery address and phone number are 100% correct to avoid return-to-origin (RTO).
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Unboxing Video: As per our policy, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
- Refusal: If a customer refuses a confirmed COD parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason, they may be blacklisted from future shopping.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in PKR.
- For COD, please keep the exact change ready for the rider to ensure a smooth delivery process.
5. Product Appearance
- Small color variations may occur due to screen brightness or photographic lighting. We try our best to show the actual product.
