1. 7-Day Check Warranty

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to check your product.
  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must initiate a return request within this period.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video ⚠️

  • Requirement: To protect against fraudulent claims, customers must record a continuous video while opening the parcel for the first time.
  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product inside.
  • No Unboxing Video = No Refund/Exchange. This is non-negotiable.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not show any signs of personal use or wear and tear.

4. Refund Process (COD Orders)

Since you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be handled as follows:

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.
  • Payment: After approval, the refund will be sent to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account.
  • Timeline: Processing takes 5 to 7 working days after we receive the item back.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
